House. Timber framed. Early C19 gault facade, plaster returns. Double range
red plain tiled roofs. 3 symmetrically placed red brick chimney stacks. 2
storeys. Symmetrical facade. Parapet. 1:2:1 window range. Right and left 2
storey angled bays, moulded surrounds. Dentilled soffits to first floor
cornices. Gauged stucco arches to central windows. Small paned vertically
sliding sashes. Central 2 panel 4 light door, pilasters, frieze, dentilled
soffits to open pediment.
