II
Row of cottages. Early C18. Timber framed, brick facade now rough rendered.
Red plain tiled roofs. 3 red brick chimney stacks. One storey and attics. 6
square headed dormers. 6 window range of 2 or 3 light leaded casements. 4
vertically boarded doors each with an inserted diamond light. Segmental heads
over. Iron tie plates to right and left. Some ceiling beams and bridging
joists visible internally. Documentary evidence (and the visible structure)
relates to the building of these cottages circa 1720-30.
