House. C16 or earlier with C18 range and later alterations and additions. The
front C18 range of red brick. Red plain tiled gambrel roof with 3 flat head
dormers. Left and right red brick chimney stacks. Rear gabled stair turret. 2
storeys and attics. 3 window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes.
Central 2 panel 4 light door, fanlight with glazing bars. Fluted pilasters
frieze, flat canopy. The rear left original one storey and attics wing with
gabled dormer and C20 casement gabled porch. This wing although now decorated
has a heavy timber frame and mullion windows in-situ. There is a forward range
to this and a range to rear right of the C18 building.
