Estate cottage. Circa 1830. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Half hipped and
gambrelled red plain and pantiled roof. Left red brick chimney stack. One
storey and attics. Right and left small paned horizontal sliding sashes,
pentice boards over. Central gabled trellis porch, vertically boarded door.
Intact oak frame. Formerly a workers cottage to Alresford Hall.
