Cottages. C17 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Timber framed
and plastered, batten decoration to first floor, painted brick to ground floor.
Red plain tiled roof. External left and large off centre right red brick
chimney stacks. Rear ranges. 2 storeys. 3 window range of small paned
casements. 2 vertically boarded doors. Interior features visible in No. 28
include very heavy wall studs, C16 moulded beam, not in-situ, very large chimney
stack now covered by C20 panelling, wide floor boards to bedrooms, 3 board door
and vertically boarded doors with ironmongery.
