GV II

Small cottage. Probably C18 with later alterations. Timber framed and
plastered. Red plain tiled roof. End red brick chimney stack. One storey and
attics. The cottage with gable to road is set forward left of Jasmine Place
q.v. 4/89 and has a ground floor and attic window to gable, a window and
vertically boarded door to right return, all windows diamond leaded casements.
