House. C17 of probably earlier origin with later alterations and C19 rear
addition. Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roof. Off centre red
brick chimney stack. Baffle entry. 2 storeys. 3 first floor C19 3 light
casements. Ground floor left French window. Date 1891 scratched on glass, a
C19 2 light casement and a small paned vertically sliding sash. 2 panel 2 light
door, fluted surround, flat canopy. Interior features include restored back to
back inglenook fireplace, brick floor and vertically boarded cupboard in
kitchen. Rear wall studs appear to be of C16 origin.
