Mill house. C17/C18 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Timber framed, weatherboarded first floor, plastered ground floor. Red tiled roof, raised and hipped with gablet to right. Two rear left and a forward right red brick chimney stacks. Two storeys. 3:1 first floor and 3:2 ground floor windows, the three left first floor and left ground floor small paned vertically sliding sashes, the others small paned vari-light casements. Gabled porch to left with C20 six-panel door and moulded surround.
