House C16. 2 Storeys and attic. 1/2 hipped red plain tile roof with
sprocketed hip to rear wing. Timber framed and plaster with jetty to right.
3 window range of small paned casements. Door with 2 lights and flat canopy
with brackets. Large square central red brick chimney stack and smaller
stack to right.
