TL 62 NE LITTLE BARDFIELD OXEN END

Barn, now a dwelling. Circa 1600 rebuild of late C15, C20 conversion to house.
Timber framed and weatherboarded. Half hipped dark red tiled roof extending
over aisles. Red brick chimney stack. One storey and attics. One gabled
dormer. 4 window range of C20 vari-light casements with centre transoms. Right
and left vertically boarded doors that to right in plastered surround. Aisled,
of 3 bays, all but 2 storey posts jowled. Top plates halved and bladed, aisle
plates halved and bridled. Most aisle and arched bracing in-situ.
