House, former farmhouse. C14 and mid-C16. Timber framed and plastered with
hipped peg tile roof. Of 2 storeys with 2 storey C20 extensions on rear.
Jettied crosswing on north end with hipped roof and 3 exposed jetty brackets.
Off centre 'L' plan stack on ridgeline. Front has hipped C20 peg tile roofed
porch with red brick plinth and oak door. Windows are C20 small pane casements.
Hipped peg tile roofed lean-to on both ends. Crosswing is C14 with big centre
tenoned floor joists and cambered tie beam. Mid C16 single bay open hall and
in-line floored end bay. Curved internal wall braces, diamond mullioned windows
and jowled posts.
