TL 61 NW HIGH EASTER

House. Late C17 or early C18. Timber framed and plastered with gabled peg tile
roof. Of 2 storeys and attics with central square brick stack and single storey
gable roofed store at south end. Front has C19 casements and central door with
flat hood on scroll brackets. Continuous rear outshot with catslide roof. The
simple timber frame is exposed inside with straight bracing and much reused
timber. The attic has substantial joists and is an original feature. late but
very unaltered example of a 4 room lobby entry house, with stairs behind stack,
outshot and attic.
