House. Late C16. Timber framed with C20 pargetting and thatched half-hipped
roof. Originally small open hall. One storey with attics but with single
storey thatched lean-to extension on front (west) side and gabled open porch.
Large 2 storey C20 extension on north end withhalf-hipped thatched roof. Small
off centre stack behind ridgeline and 2 eyebrow dormers in front roof slope.
Windows are C20 diamond leaded light casements. Well made but altered timber
frame with curved internal wall bracing at each corner. Hall now has floor with
stop chamfered floor joists, probably inserted. One contemporary door with
ornamental hinges survives inside.
