3/49 School View and
Sa Pheonar


House and cottage. C17 and probably earlier. Timber framed and plastered with
a hipped peg tile roof. Of 2 storeys and 'L' plan form with off-centre
ridgeline stack. Front has C19 3 light casement windows with central horizontal
glazing bars. School View has early C19 door surround with thin pilaster strips
and console brackets supporting a flat hood. Internally subdivided to form 2
units but with jowled posts and 2 storey framing.
