Timber-framed and plastered house built circa 1580. The timber-framing is
exposed in the south-east gable, with brick nogging and at the north-west end
there is a small gabled cross-wing. An C18-Cl9 single storeyed addition extends
on the south-east end, with one gabled dormer. Casement windows. Roofs tiled,
with an original central chimney stack with 4 octagonal stacks with moulded
caps and bases on a square base. There is one gabled dormer at the rear.
The interior has carved panelling and moulded brick fireplaces. (RCHM 21).
