C17 timber-framed and plastered building with a C19 block added at the north
end to make an L shaped plan. The original south block is one storey and attics.
Casement windows (2 small oriel bays). The dormer window has old leaded casements.
Roof thatched; with one dormer and a central chimney stack. The west front
has a late C17 strip of ornamental plaster with a design of fruit and flowers.
Part of the roof at the south end is pantiled. The north block is C19 red
brick. Two storeys. Three window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
Roof slate, hipped, with a central chimney stack. (RCHM 13).
