C16-C17 timber-framed house with a cross wing at the north end. All the timber-
framing is exposed. Two storeys and attics. Casement windows with modern
lattice leaded lights. Roof tiled, with a central chimney stack to the main
block, with 4 diagonal shafts (rebuilt or restored).
