C16 timber-framed and plastered home with C18 external features. Renovated
in the C20. Two storeys and attics. Three window range, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars. A central doorway has a mdern gabled porch. Roof tiled,
with 2 gabled dormers and a central chimney stack with attached shafts. A single
storey addition extends on the north end. The interior has an original hearth
beam carved with modillions (possibly of occultic significance).
The single storey addition links the house with a C17 timber-framed and weather-
boarded barn with a thatched roof, hipped at the east and west ends.
