C17 or earlier house. Timber framed and plastered, with red plain tile hipped
roof. Two storeys. Three window range, double hung vertical sliding sashes
with glazing bars. One tripartite sash window to ground floor. Simple flat
canopy on brackets, to central doorway. Modern lean-to extension at north end
front. Double range plan. C17 red brick chimney stacks. C19 extensions, at
south end, with grey slate roofs.
