Nicholls Farmhouse

TL 62 NW: 4/73


House, early C18, timber framed and plastered, with half hipped peg tile roof. Lean-
to buttery and pantry range to rear. Front has 3 window range of early C19 double
hung sashes with small panes and plain surrounds and decorative, mid C19 porch. Small,
red brick, off-centre, ridge line stack and larger stack in lean-to block. Side
purlin roof and halved and bladed scarf joints.
