House. C16 incorporating remains of earlier house. Timber framed and plastered with
red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Gabled cross-wings to left and right. 4 window
range modern and C17 leaded casements. Circular leaded light over modern gabled
porch. Original chimney stacks partly rebuilt at top. Cusped bargeboards. Modern
date plaque 1576. Extensive frame remains internally. (RCHM 11).
