House. C15 or earlier, with C16 and C17 alterations. Timber framed and plastered,
with red plain tile roof. Originally an open hall with gabled and jettied cross-wing
to right. 2 storeys and 1 storey and attics. 2 window range (l17 and C20 casements.
Lean-to extensions at each end. C16 red brick chimney stack. Extensive frame remains
internally. (RCHM 8).
