Cottage mid C16, gabled red plain tile roof. Red brick built. 2 storeys, 2
casement windows and plain board door. Original external red brick chimney
stack. Heavy chamfered bridging joist and tie beams internally. Known as the
Fisherman's Hut, the building is situated on the N.E. termination of the Garden
Wall and adjacent to the enclosed Fish Pond and C20 Water Tower. The whole,
with the main building creating a very picturesque setting.
