TL 62 NE STEBBING BRAN END
2/368 "Mead Cottage" and
"Oak Cottage"

House, now 2 dwellings. C16 or earlier house and crosswing with later additions
and alterations. Timber framed and plastered with jetty to crosswing first
floor and gable, the latter with shaped brackets. The crosswing is outshot to
left, with an extension gabled wing and porch. This porch with C20 board door.
Plain red tiled roofs throughout. 2 storeys, 2:4 window range first floor, 1:3
range to ground floor of various small paned casements. C20 glazed porch with
board door to main range. 3 red brick chimney stacks. Side purlin roof to main
range.
