House. C16 or earlier with C17 and later alterations and additions. Timber
framed and pebble dashed, crosswing to left with painted rusticated quoins and
gable battens. Forward right and external left plastered chimney stacks. 2
storeys. 2:3 window range, those to crosswing small paned vertically sliding
sashes, to right range C19 2 or 3-light casements with centre transoms. C19
part glazed gabled porch to right range and door with 2 round headed lights.
Internal features include, rear C17 stair turret with original window opening,
now with stick balusters to staircase. Heavy close set studs to rear wall of
crosswing, probably early C16. Opposing doorways adjacent to crosswing. Side
girts, storey posts and top plates visible.
