House. Circa 1906. Timber framed and weatherboarded. Grey slate roof, red
ridge tiles, terracotta finial and timber pendant to road facing gable apex.
Scalloped barge boards and batten decoration to gable. External brick chimney
stack to return. 2 storeys. First floor, central pair of vertically sliding
sashes, fluted pilasters with capitals and bases, moulded cornice. Full width
red plain tiled porch, scalloped cornice, similar bay window under, right
panelled door, fluted pilasters with capitals and bases, cornice over. Stop
chamfered support column to porch with capital and base.
