House, now offices. C18 with C20 restorations. Red brick. Red plain tiled
roof. Parapet verges. Right and left chimney stacks. 2 storeys. Eaves
cornice. 3 window range of tripartite small paned vertically sliding sashes,
moulded surrounds, segmental heads, excepting central first floor single light
window. Central 6 panelled door, fanlight with rayed tracery, pilasters with
moulded capitals and bases, frieze, moulded and dentilled pediment. Included
for group value.
