Prestbury monument in churchyard, about 5m south of south-east corner of nave, Church of St. Andrew

Short Chest tomb. Late C18; stone. Flat lid with moulded edge,
slightly indented at corners on long faces. Main sides square
central panel, sunk oval with sunk paterae on corners. Ends wide
pilasters, raised circle containing swelling on east face, urn in
sunk rectangular panel on west. Moulded base. Commemorates Joseph
Prestbury, died 1793, and various others.
