Small farmhouse: early C19; Flemish-bond brickwork, slate roof. 3-
windows wide, 1½ rooms deep, 2 storey. Central front door, 6
panel, bottom flush, upper with applied bead around edge. Open
work timber porch, hipped slate roof, with shaped eaves: carved
head in wall over apex of roof. Sash window each side, upper sash
one pane deep: flat rubbed brick arch. First floor similar,blind
opening in centre. Dentil eaves: gable chimneys project slightly
from envelope. Roof slopes down over rear half rooms. Later
single-storey extension on left. Modest, but complete.
