13/118 Symonds monument, in the churchyard
about 23m from south chancel porch,
along path, Church of St. Mary

GV II

Chest tomb; Jonas Symonds, died 1830; stone. Steeply-weathered
top, brass plate with inscription, moulded edge, quarter-square
corner balusters, sides and ends plain, sunk line forms margin,
with scalloped corners with paterae. Moulded base. Copperplate
lettering on brass plate; also commemorates wife, died 1813.
