Former house, now flats. Probably earlier inside, exterior mid
C19. Smooth rendered facade, lined for ashlar, tiled roof. L-
plan, 4 windows wide to street, 3 storeys: 2-storey later
extension to rear. Plain plinth, projecting quoins to street
facade: doorway right of centre, down a step from pavement. Four
panels, pronounced fielding and projecting mouldings, semi-circular
heads to upper panels. Plain reveals, infilled or dummy
rectangular fanlight over, reeded surround. Windows all single-
pane sashes, plain sills, flat heads, reeded surrounds, shorter
openings second floor. Eaves close ornamented brackets above
moulding, quatrefoils between brackets. Ogee cast-iron gutter,
with lions' heads at joints and mid-length each section. Roof
hipped left corner. Left return windows each end, wide gap
centre, with plain chimney at mid slope. Facade generally as
front, but right windows ground and first floor tripartite sashes.
To left brick late C19 extension.
Interior not inspected: said to contain medieval timbering.
