Detached house: mid C19: rendered brickwork front, painted sides,
tiled roof. Three windows wide, 2 rooms deep, 2 storeys with
attics. Rendered plinth, rusticated quoins. Central 4-panelled
front door up a stone step, semi-circular fanlight, moulded
architrave swelling out at foot, under hipped porch, sagging sheet-
metal roof, with scalloped eaves, on simple iron supports. Either
side semi-circular headed window, single-pane sashes, stone sill on
small consoles at ends, moulded surround, swelling out at foot.
First floor 3 similar windows. Eaves close-set shaped brackets
over moulding, carrying wide, flat soffit. Lion-heads on gutter
at wide intervals. Three gabled dormers, single-pane sashes with
semi-circular heads, under ornate bargeboards, timber finials at
apex. Brick gable chimneys, with modelled tops; crested ridge
tiles. House in prominent position.
