Attached houses; probably early C17. Timber-framing, brick
nogging on random rubble stone plinth; English-bond brickwork;
tiled roof. Two-window wide main block, 1½ storeys, cross-wing,
2½ storeys. Framing to ground floor 2-panel high, further panel
above main block. On left canted oriel, flat roof, 5-pane wide
sash. Door off quarter landing up 4 stone steps at right-angles to
facade, timber handrail, splat balusters: door half-glazed late
C20, lean-to porch on brackets over. To right 5-pane-wide sash
window, cambered brick arch, in short section brick wall painted to
look like timber-framing. Late C20 door off quarter landing up 5
stone steps, simple iron balustrade. Canted oriel, 6-pane wide
sashes. First floor: 2 gabled dormers with 2-light casements
left, jettied gable right, curved braces to main posts below.
Framing 1 panel high, straight braces wall post to tie beam;
timber window, narrow end lights centre. Above queen struts,
window between, collar and V struts over. Left return ground
floor covered by brick wall, stone coping: above timber-framed.
Small, square chimney external to framing at front, larger to rear.
