2.10.54 north side, Shop premises on corner to
north of Market House)

Offices; mid C19. Painted. Flemish-bond brickwork to front,
weatherboarding to exposed left return above No 1 Broad Street;
flat roof, 2 windows wide, 1 or 2 bays deep, 3 storeys. Ground
floor late C20 shop front: plain stone string course above;
incorporating sills of first-floor windows: two 4-pane sash
windows, cambered brick arches, keystone with satyr's head.
Second floor windows similar, but plain keystone and no string
course. Moulded brick cornice, plain parapet. Forms part of Nos
2 and 4 Church Street block (q.v.). Included principally for
group value.
