House. Second quarter Cl9. Squared, coursed stone; slate roof,
lead hips and ridge. Three windows wide, one room deep front. 'L'
plan, 2 storeys. Mid C20 boarded door in centre up one stone step,
semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars over, stone
voussoirs. Sash window each side, stone lintel, dummy keystone.
First floor 3 similar sashes. Wide boarded eaves, hipped roofs,
projecting gable chimneys with plain cornice and crenellated tops.
Forms group with the Old Nailshop (q.v.).
