5/74 Ketford Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Mid C18. Flemish bond brickwork, tiled roof. Three-
window, 2½ storey front: 'L' plan with lean-to infilling angle,
rear wing 1½ storey. Front: plinth, central boarded door up one
stone step, 2-pane rectangular fanlight: cambered brick arch over.
Either side a 3-light casement window, original iron opening
lights, cambered brick arches. Plain brick string course above,
stopping short of ends. First floor three 3-light wooden
casements, cambered brick arches. Open rafter eaves over a brick
dentil eaves. Brick chimneys on ridge at gables. Small ovolo
moulding to window frames internally. Interior not inspected.
