House. 1830 for J.D. (datestone). Flemish bond brickwork, slate
roof, lead hips. 'L' plan, 3 window front and side, 2 storeys,
angle infilled single-storey. Front, at right-angles to road: 6-
panel door off-centre to left, top 4 glazed, 3-pane rectangular
fanlight, all under trellis porch, hipped tiled roof. Sash window
either side, stone sill, single-piece stone lintel, splayed ends,
dummy projecting keystone. End of conservatory on left, half-
glazed wall, hipped slated lean-to roof. First floor 2 similar
windows: wide plastered soffit to eaves. External chimneys each
end: hipped roof. Right return along road, datestone on chimney:
2 sash windows per floor on right as front, gable chimney right
return.
