Gatepiers, Kempley Court, about 5m from house

Gatepiers: probably 1689, as house. Painted random rubble
stonework, ashlar tops. Two square piers, with plinths: concrete
step between. Low piers, moulded edge to flat top, ball finials
on base to each. Later wrought-iron gate with side panels.
Forms group with house and barn (q.v.).
