GV II

Barn. Probably early C18. Timber-framed on brick plinth on
stone base: tiled roof. Symmetrical 3-unit barn. Facade
towards house: central double boarded doors, one in 2 halves:
cambered head just below eaves. Wall faced weatherboarding on
left, possibly with blocked pitch-hole: weatherboarding to top on
right, corrugated iron below. Barn full at time of inspection
(1985) so interior not inspected except for truss, tie beam, collar
and angle struts, 2 pairs purlins, square ridge. Lean-to to left
gable, projecting wings left and right not of special interest.
