House. Mid C17, extended soon afterwards: mid C20 extensions.
Timber framing, brick nogged or rendered infill: painted brick
extension; clay tiled roof. One room main wing, extended on left
C20; one room cross wing on right, set forward; angle behind
infilled C20. To road: extension on left, 2-light casement;
wide lean-to porch to right, C20 door, 2-light casement in right
return (end of original fabric on mid point of porch). To right
timber framing, two 2-light casements, weatherboard over. Three-
light casement in leanto dormer above. Large brick chimney on
right gable. Projecting cross wing on right, in front of chimney.
Framing 3 panels high to eaves: 3-light casement in gable, ground
floor, weatherboard over. Jowls to main posts, 2-light casement
above cuts tie beam of gable truss: weatherboard over on collar,
further collar above with timber plaque in apex. Scalloped
bargeboards. Right return timber-framed, end main floor beam sits
on rail. To rear angle infilled single storey half-glazed room,
nipped roof. Internally, large fireplace in right room main wing,
bread oven off.
