the following buildings shall be added;-

SO S72 NE Brierley Farm


Cottage. C17. Timberframe with brick infill and plain tile roof. Two storey,
2 cell cottage, box framed 5 x 4 bays. The frame is complete except for the right
hand ground floor front, and the front roofslope altered and heightened in the C19.
Two windows, plain casements. The roof is C19 tiling, external stack on gable end.
Almost the whole of the exterior is disguised by later lean to buildings. The
interior has a C19 winder stair and small fireplace with range. The rear roof
structure survives, the front is C19.
