C17 and C18, remodelled 1926. 'L'-plan. Two storey rubble converted barn on
corner with Blockley road with Cotswold stone roof and 2 modern ashlar chimneys;
irregular fenestration in 4 bays, large rectangular 2 storey bay (former entry) to
right of centre with stone surrounds to many-light oak mullion windows, timber
lintels to other windows; hipped half glazed porch approached by steps to left of
centre. Earlier thatched 1½ storey wing in rougher rubble to east; 3 dormers and
4 windows, irregular; ashlar ridge chimney with moulded capping.
