Probably late Cl7, remodelled circa 1800 (formerly listed with the north-east block
of the hotel). Two and a half storeys, ashlar with band over ground floor.
Cotswold stone roof continuous with Darby's House, 2 gabled dormers, casements.
End chimneys. Three bays; on first floor outer windows 4 light, centre 2 light,
casements. On ground floor tripartite angled bays to each side. Glazed door with
open pedimented doorpiece to left of centre. The first floor windows may have
been like those of Darby House adjacent (qv).
