Late C17/early C18. One and a half storeys rubble with Cotswold stone roof.
Two gabled dormers with leaded casements. One chamfered stone mullion window to
right. Modern stable-type door with modern lintel to left. Extends to right
hand into 1978 section (see Rivers Cottage): 1½ storeys, 2 windows. Gabled
dormers with leaded casements.
