Dated 1769. Coursed rubble with part Cotswold stone (Jasmine Cottage) and part
concrete tile roof. One build, later divided into 2 occupations. Two storeys and
attic, 4 windows to whole, 2 and 3-light wooden casements with elliptical heads
except Jasmine Cottage which has 2 large multipaned sashes. Plain plank doors. One
gabled dormer, 3 stone stacks. Central date inscription 'MJE 1769'. At right hand
end of the elevation is the archway through to the Baptist Chapel. Semi-circular head,
stone surround, imposts and keystone. Inscribed panel over 'To the Baptist Chapel'.
