C17/C18, modernised, restored and extended circa 1913. A former farmhouse and byre.
2½ storeys, rubble with Cotswold stone roof. Three modern stone ridge stacks.
South front: 2 gabled dormers to old part. Three windows, 2 light casements with
stone mullions. Panel with carved tree to left of centre (denoting 'Waller'
circa 1920s). Ground floor has 2 modern angled bays and a 3 light mullioned window.
Two window extension to right in matching style.
Rear (onto lane) central gabled break, possible for porch and stair.
