Mid C19. Coursed rubble with hipped Welsh slate roof. Square block with 4 x 3 windows,
tented verandah on 3 fronts with wooden posts and slate roof, filled in as modern
lean-to on High Street front. French casements to ground, sash windows with glazing
bars above. Important position and group value, being seen together with the Lower
Mill as the visual stop at the west end of the green.
