C18, altered early C19 and later. Two storeys, coursed rubble with concrete tile
roof. Stone slates retained to rear. Two windows, casements. Projecting 1½ storey
extension linking with Pear Tree Cottage.
The cottage may well incorporate much earlier fabric as it is on the site of the
original settlement of Bourton - between the church and the camp.
