Early C19. Detached villa. Coursed rubble with dressed quoins, Cotswold stone
roof. Three storeys, 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Circa 1900 lean-to
across ground floor, stone tile roof; outer angled windows, central door.
Low pitch roof with stone verges and kneelers, ashlar end stacks with moulded caps.
