GV II
Semi-detached cottages. C17, altered mid C20. Render over timber-
framing, tiled roof. Two bays, one room deep, 2½ storeys, slight
jetty to first-floor all round, and to gables. To road: 3-light
casement on right, 2-light on left, ground floor; two 2-light
casements to first floor with small, single-pane window between.
Two diamond-set brick flues in centre from ridge. Right return
single-light casement on right side, first floor, 2-light casement
in gable. Entrances on back. Old photograph shows framing to
first floor 3 square panels high, straight braces to wall plate
from main posts, probably 2 panels high to ground floor, reported
wattle and daub infill: building 2 bays with narrow chimney bay
in centre.
